An Employee Owned Trust Company

In 2019, Otto Simon Limited transitioned to an Employee Owned Trust which has made us especially aware of how our hard work contributes to the company's success and we all share in the benefits. This model fosters a sense of ownership and pride in our work, ensuring that we're all working towards common goals. It's a win-win situation where everyone is invested in the company's future and motivated to achieve great things together. 

 

As part of an EOT, members of staff are elected by the Employee Council who represent employee interests at board level, giving a voice to the whole team.  We have regular communication meetings, annual company gatherings and we can see how priorities of the staff influence the important decisions on the direction of our company.
