Our services encompass 3rd Party independent assessment or audit, compliance guidance and support, process safety management system set-up or review, workshop facilitation, qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and training.

We have TUV Functional Safety Engineers that can support you through the whole project lifecycle. Our HAZOP and LOPA Chairs, Pressure Relief and DSEAR experts are all assessed to guarantee that they have the correct skills, training and project background to deliver you clear and dependable advice. OSL’s experience in the new energy sector, including hydrogen, carbon capture, syngas and biogas projects; gives us a unique perspective allowing us to demonstrate proven solutions.

Meet Our Head of Consultancy
Clare Dunkerly
As the Head of Consulting, Clare has responsibilities for business development, training and looking after compliance and competency. She continues to use her technical skills on a daily basis to offer process and functional safety services directly to clients, both on a consultancy basis and as part of project delivery services.
She has 16 years’ experience in workshop facilitation, risk assessment, gap analysis, training and provision of advisory services.
Clare has worked with a wide variety of clients including those in offshore O&G, onshore gas, petrochemicals, bio-chem and LNG sectors. Over the last five years she has gained invaluable experience in the fast-growing hydrogen sector.
Clare has considerable experience in concept design and FEED, helping emerging technology companies scale up their lab processes to pilot or demonstration plants and beyond, in a safe and sustainable way.
