The breadth of due diligence undertaken ranges from the assessment and application of established and emergent technologies through to the complete technical/commercial review of a project scope of work, capital estimate and business case.

Our experience in this work has required Otto Simon to work closely and openly with existing operators, project developers, debt/equity providers, insurers, public authorities and contractors as part of the financial closure process.
